NO. 16895 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF DOS ROBLES
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF DOS ROBLES, with
no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Three, and that all improve-
ments that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND
REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that
were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 16896 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A RADIO CONSOLE FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an order to advertise for bid proposal
for a Radio Console for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department.

Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, November 11th, 1986 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. in the

On this the 23rd day of October 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, 216th District
Probation, Traffic Safety and Indigent Health Care Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16900 ORDER IMPLEMENTING NEW FEE SCHEDULE FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 23rd day of October, 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

for Kerr County, for service or attempted service, as recommended by Sheriff Clifton A.
Greeson, as Per Article 3933a, VTCS, effective November 1st, 1986, as follows:
