no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Three, and that all improve- ;~,
ments that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND
REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that
were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
