"AYE" and Commissioners Higgins and Holland voting "NAY", it was approved by a majority vote
of the Court that Kerr County continue with the existing Insurance Plan which was adopted by
the Court on the 18th day of November 1983, and disapprove the Pru-Pass Insurance offered by
the Texas Association of Counties.

On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Lich and County Judge Morriss "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by
a majority vote, approving to convert "G" Street Extension to a Dead-end Street with a Cul-dew
sac.

NO. 16885 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREYSTONE
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREYSTONE,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioners' Precinct No. Four, and that all
improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

confirmed, effective as of September 24th, 1986.

NO. 16888 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF MAVELENE SMITH AS A JAILER/DISPATCHER
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Clifton A. Greeson,
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the employment of MAVELENE SMITH as a Jailer/Dispatcher,
effective as of September 26th, 1986, at a salary of $13,635.00 per annum - $1,136.25 per
month, $540.75 semi-monthly (Kerr County Pay Group 14 Step 1, payable out of the General Fund,
