by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved Payment No. 2 to Clark & Stroman
Construction, Inc. in the amount of $10,132.00, for alterations and renovation of the Juvenile
Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, as recommended by Michael
Neal Walker, Architect.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, payable to Clark
& Stroman Construction, Inc.

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 of the Contract
between Kerr County and Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc., as recommended by Architect
Michael Neal Walker.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute Change
Order No. 1 on behalf of Kerr County.
(Original Contract Sum - $27,403.00. Contract Sum by Change Order increased by $1,073.00 =
$28,476.00 for new Contract sum.)

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an increase in payment to the National
Guard from $20.00 per month to $50.00 per month, effective as of October 1st, 1986, as approv-
ed in the budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1986.

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an increase in payment to the County
Health Officer, effective October 1st, 1986, from $990.00 per annum to $1200.00 per annum,
as approved in the budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1986.

the Texas Association of Counties.

improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
