On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
! by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved Payment No. 2 to Clark & Stroman
I Construction, Inc. in the amount of $10,132.00, for alterations and renovation of the Juveni
I Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, as recommended by Michael
Neal Walker, Architect.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
~ to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, payable to Clark
~ & Stroman Construction, Inc.

TO $1200.00 PER ANNUM, EFFECTIVE AS OF OCTOBER 1st, 1986
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an increase in payment to the County
Health Officer, effective October 1st, 1986, from $990.00 per annum to $1200.00 per annum,
as approved in the budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1986.
