NO. 16873 APPROVAL OF INMATE BOARDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY, TEXAS AND THE CITY
OF INGRAM, TEXAS
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded'..'.
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an INMATE BOARDING AGREEMENT, between
KERB COUNTY and the CITY OF INGRAM, TEXAS, effective as of October 14, 1986, at a charge of
$20.00 per man day for inmates that are charged with a Class C misdemeanor offense, and
inmates that are charged with an offense other than a Class C misdemeanor, Ingram shall not
be charged.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of Kerr County.

NO. 16874 REAPPOINTMENT OF MR. FRED ARTO TO THE LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD FOR A THREE YEAR TERM
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the reappointment of MR. FRED ARTO
to the LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD for a three year term, expiring October 1, 1989, in concurrence
with the City of Kerrville.

N0. 16875 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF BEXAR AND THE COUNTY OF KERR FOR
DETENTION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
I by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a Contract between the COUNTY OF
BEXAR, a political subdivision of the State of Texas and the COUNTY OF KERR, a political
subdivision of the State of Texas, for DETENTION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS, commencing on the 1st
day of September 1986 and terminating on the 31st day of August, 1987.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute the
contract on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 16876 APPROVAL OF SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PER INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 8,
1980 AND AS AMENDED APRIL 23rd, 1985
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a semi-annual payment to Upper Guadalupe
River Authority for Environmental f'.ealth Services per interagency agreement dated December
8th, 1980 and as amended April 23rd, 1985, in the amount of $64,650.00, for one half of
approved budget for fiscal year ending September 30th, 1987.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority for said
services, payable out of the General Fund.

N0. 16877 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER,
ARCHITECT, for professional services for construction administration during September 1986
in the amount of $930.00 and reimbursable long-distance charges in the amount of $8.05
