PdO. 16864 BIDS FOR SALE OF SURPLUS ROAD AND BRIDGE EQUIPMENT REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND KERR COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that all bids received for the sale of surplus Road and Bridge Equipment be referred to the County Auditor and Kerr County Road Admintrator for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16865 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 14th day of October 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of the General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds, with the exception of two billg (Kerrville Automotive Inc. and the telephone bill of the J. P. of Prec. No. One) which were to be discussed. IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,881.95 FOR PAVING VARIOUS KERR COUNTY ROADS On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded --- by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to GOLD PAVING & AGGREGATE, INC., in the amount of $50,881.95 for paving various Kerr County Roads. Upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commis- sioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", motion passed by a majority vote approving the 1986 Tax Rolls.
