The taking and receiving of bids for surplus road and bridge equipment was declared closed
at this time.
PdO. 16864 BIDS FOR SALE OF SURPLUS ROAD AND BRIDGE EQUIPMENT REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND
KERR COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that all bids received for the sale
of surplus Road and Bridge Equipment be referred to the County Auditor and Kerr County Road
Admintrator for study and recommendation.

N0. 16865 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of October 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of the General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law
Library, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds, with the exception of two billg
(Kerrville Automotive Inc. and the telephone bill of the J. P. of Prec. No. One) which were to
be discussed.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 16866 PAYMENT TO GOLD PAVING & AGGREGATE, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,881.95 FOR PAVING
VARIOUS KERR COUNTY ROADS
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded ---
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to GOLD PAVING & AGGREGATE,
INC., in the amount of $50,881.95 for paving various Kerr County Roads.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund in the above amount, payable to GOLD PAVING &
AGGREGATE, INC.

On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on September 8th, 1986, September 12th, 1986,
September 25th, 1986, September 30th, 1986 and October 8th, 1986, Volume Q, Pages 281 thru 297.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the County Clerk's Quarterly Report of
Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered and Collected in the County Court by the
Clerk of said Court in the amount of $32,001.80, for quarter ending September 30th, 1986.

N0. 16872 APPROVAL OF 1986 TAX ROLL BY COMMISSIONERS' COURT '
On this the 14th day of October 1986, with the County Judge and County Commissioners
present, the Court did carefully examine the Tax Rolls for 1986, submitted by the Kerr County'
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full list of the
real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the property
is the true and market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the Appraisal
°° District.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commis-
sioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Holland voting "NAY", motion passed by a majority vote approving the 1986 Tax Rolls. '
