On this the 25th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to PITNEY BOWES for postage
equipment for use by the County Clerk in the amount of $2,873.00, payable out of the General
Fund, upon final approval and acceptance by the County Clerk.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to PITNEY BOWES for said equipment.

NO. 16861 ACCEPTANCE OF BID PROPOSAL OF GILLESPIE COUNTY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A JURY WHEEL
FROM KERR COUNTY
On this the 25th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid proposal of
Gillespie County for the purchase of a Jury Wheel from Kerr County in the amount of $255.00.

On this the 30th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by '
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of County Clerk Patricia Dye
for postage in the amount of $686.02 for the new postage meter.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the KERRVILLE POSTMASTER in the above amount
for the postage.
