Said tract of land adjoins a 24.92 acre tract owned by Robert Burgess and Mr. Burgess would like to purchase 9 acres out of the 10.9 acre tract from Mr. & Mrs. Robison. Smith, Kerr County Road Administrator, that effective October 1st, 1986, the salaries of full- time employees in the Road and Bridge Department be set on a per annum basis instead of an hourly basis, and that the pay periods remain the same, on a semi-monthly basis.
