OUT OF A 10.9 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN TURTLE CREEK RANCHES LOCATED IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT ONE On this the 25th day of September 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the request of B. V. ROBISON AND WIFE, LEIGHRUIE ROBISON, as to whether or not the division of 10.9 acres', out of Turtle Creek Ranches, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, would be' considered a subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS". Said tract of land adjoins a 24.92 acre tract owned by Robert Burgess and Mr. Burgess would like to purchase 9 acres out of the 10.9 acre tract from Mr. & Mrs. Robison. Both tracts of land are served by Backacher Road. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved and determined by the Court that said division of property does not need to meet the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations". o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o „~„ NO. 16850 ORDER SETTING SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1st, 1986 On this the 25th day of September 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the matter' of setting salaries of elected officials and employees of Kerr County, pursuant to applicable l' laws of the State of Texas; and it appearing to the Court that said salaries and allowances have been agreed upon through budgetary processes. Upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the salaries and allowances of elected officials and a 3°s salary increase for employees of Kerr County, Texas for the fiscal year beginning October lst, 1986, in the salary schedule listed by department. FOR ALTERATIONS AND RENOVATION OF JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE On this the 25th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved Payment No. 1 to Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc. in the amount of $7,508.00 for alterations and renovation of the Juvenile Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, as recommended by Michael ' Neal Walker, Architect.
