On this the 12th day of September, 1986, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court
with all members present, it is Orderd, Adjudged and Decreed that the following tax levies

Pursuant to Sec. 31.03, State Property Code, such option allows taxpayers who pay one-
half of the unit's taxes before December 1 to pay the remaining one-half of the taxes without
penalty or interest before July 1 of the following year.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners
Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE", and Commissioners Holland and Higgins
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a Majority Vote.

N0. 16838 RESIGNATION OF MARK EDWARDS, JAILER/DISPATCHER, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 15th, 1986
On this the 12th day of September 1986, upon motion made by commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Mark Edwards, Jailer/Dispatcher, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of September 15th,
1986

NO. 16839 APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT TO EDDIE R. HOLLAND FOR EXPENSES INCURRED AT THE
T.C.A.A.A. AND N.A.C.A.A. IN THE AMOUNT OF $437.44
On this the 12th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a reimbursement to EDDIE R.
HOLLAND, COUNTY EXTENSION AGENT, in the amount ~f $437.44, which is a portion of expenses
incurred at the Texas County Agricultural Agents Association and the National Association of
County Agricultural Agents (Registration and Lodging), payable out of the General Fund
(10-665-426).
