On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-~
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUMMERHILL
ESTATES PHASE TWO, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 1,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and a~tendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

ment and dedication, terminating at the intersection of Ball Drive and Westway" on the face
of the Plat, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing

'; 1986, and that her deputation be effective the date of her qualification.
