On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF TRACT 11 RANCHERO
ESTATES, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 1, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

NO. 16831 REQUEST OF MICHAEL AND JERILYNN TITUS REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN
COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT TWO
On this the 8th day of September 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the request
of Michael and Jerilynn Titus, as to whether or not the division of a tract of 12.06 acres of
land, more or less, out of B. B. B. & C. R. R. Co., Survey No. 47, Abstract No. 50, in the
town of Center Point, Kerr County, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 2, would
be considered a subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
_, approved and determined by the Court that said division of property does not need to_meet the
requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
