On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to MICHAEL NEAL
WALKER for professional services for construction administration during the month of August,
regarding the Juvenile Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, in
the amount of $260.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, payable to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER in the
above amount for said services.

Provider Agreement, by and between the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, acting by and through ,
its duly authorized administrator, F. W. Hall, Jr., and Kerr County, Texas, acting by and
through its duly authorized County Judge, Gordon S. Morriss, as authorized by the Commis-
sioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, for Indigent Health Care, as required by the Indigent
Health Care and Treatment Act, to provide certain inpatient and outpatient mandatory hospital;

for Jack C. Smith, listed as follows: Dump trucks (7), Steel wheel rollers (4), post hole
