On this the 8th day of September 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various~l
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of the
General, Road & Bridge, Jury, 216th District Probation, Juvenile State Aid, Public Library,
Revenue Sharing Trust, Juvenile Services and County Law Library Funds.

approved by the Court.

N0. 16810 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED
On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on August 11th, 1986, August 12th, 1986, a
Special Meeting on August 21st, 1986, a Special Meeting on August 26th, 1986 and a Special
Meeting on September 2nd, 1986, Volume O, Pages 266 thru 280.

NO. 16811 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED
On this the 8th day of September 1986, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and con-
sidered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for
future reference and subject to audit.

NO. 16812 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR CONSTRUCTION FOR LANDFILL CLOSURE -
PHASE 1 - BY REICHENAU BROS.
On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment for one-half of construction
costs by Reichenau Bros. for landfill closure - Phase I, in the amount of $19,587.50 (Final
payment.)

to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the City of Kerrville in the above amount.

TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 1986

ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the fourth quarterly payment to
the Kerr Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for the year 1986, in ~'
