claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
the General, Road & Bridge, Jury, County Law Library, Traffic Safety and Juvenile Services
Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 16801 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF TRACT 23 OF FOUR SEASONS SUBDIVISION
On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF TRACT 23 OF FOUR SEASONS
SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

NO. 16803 REQUEST OF LINDA LEAH REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN KERR COUNTY

On this the 21st day of August 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the request
of Linda Leah, as to whether or not the division of a tract of approximately 5 acres out of
a 22 acre tract, out of Survey #632 J. A. Mangold, Abstract 256, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, would be considered a subdivision, under the Kerr County Sub-
division "Rules and Regulations"
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously
approved and determined by the court that said division of property does not need to meet the
requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS"

On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF WESTWOOD OAKS
SECTION THREE, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January lst, 1984 and amendments
