Guadalupe River Authority for Environmental Health Services, ending September 30th, 1987, as
approved by the UGRA Board of Directors.

NO. 16798 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF ROSEMARY HARRIS AS AN INTERMEDIATE CLERK IN THE COUNTY
CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Patricia Dye, County
Clerk, for employment of ROSEMARY HARRIS as an Intermediate Clerk, Pay Group 11, Step 1, at
a salary of $11,757.00 per annum ($979.75 per month, 489.88 semi-monthly), effective as of
August 18th, 1986, payable out of the General Fund, and that her deputation as Deputy County
Clerk be effective the date of her qualification.

NO. 16799 ACCEPTANCE OF BID PROPOSAL OF C & F COMPANY FOR REPAIRS TO THE ROOF OF THE KERR
COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX
On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid proposal of C & ',
F COMPANY, for repairs to the roof of the Kerr County Courthouse Annex, in the amount of
$1,850.00, as recommended by Frank L. Speakmon, Superintendent of Maintenance.

NO. 16800 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 21st day of August 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which

N0. 16801 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF TRACT 23 OF FOUR SEASONS SUBDIVISION ~
On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF TRACT 23 OF FOUR SEASONS
SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

Bros. Construction Company, in the amount of $35,257.50 (Kerr County's portion being $17,628.75.

N0. 16803 REQUEST OF LINDA LEAH REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN KERR COUNTY

On this the 21st day of August 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the request
of Linda Leah, as to whether or not the division of a tract of approximately 5 acres out of

a 22 acre tract, out of Survey #632 J. A. Mangold, Abstract 256, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, would be considered a subdivision, under the Kerr County Sub-
division "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously
approved and determined by the court that said division of property does not need to meet the
' requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
