by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the application of Patricia Dye
County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be granted, to reconfirm the appointment of LINDA VIRGEN,;
Deputy County Clerk to LINDA MENDOZA, Deputy County Clerk (Name change due to marriage August',
5th, 1986), and that her deputation in the name of LINDA MENDOZA be effective the date of her',
qualification.

NO. 16789 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF DOROTHY H. HILBURN, COUNTY TREASURER, FOR EMPLOYMENT OF
BONNIE WHITE, TO BE APPOINTED AS CHIEF DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of DOROTHY H. HILBURN,
COUNTY TREASURER, for the employment of BONNIE WHITE, to be appointed as CHIEF DEPUTY COUNTY
TREASURER, at a salary of $15,812.00 per annum, $1317.67 per month - $658.83 semi-monthly,
effective as of July 30th, 1986, payable out of the General Fund. (Kerr County Pay Group 17
Step 1).

NO. 16790 SALARY INCREASE FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER OF THE 198th JUDICIAL DISTRICT,
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1st, 1986
On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
Court Reporter, TINA C. COTTRELL, for the 198tH Judicial District Court, from $13,396.21 per
annum to $14,843.27 per	annum, $1 236.94 p	er month ($618.47	semi-monthly),	as Kerr	County's
					
proportion, effective as	of September 1st,	1986. (Salary for	five Counties	- Kerr,	Kimble,
Menard, McCulloch, and Concho - $24,157.00 per annum.)

NO. 16791 COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $13673.00 FROM REVENUE SHARING I,
TRUST FUND TO KERR COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND
On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to transfer the sum of $13673.00 from Revenue Sharing Trust Fund - 20-700-000 - Transfer
out, to Kerr County Public Library Fund - 19-360-200, Transfer in.
