On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF HUNTERS POINTE, with
variances, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and that all improvements that are
to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS"
that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved
by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. (Recorded in Vol. 5, Page 261, Plat Records
of Kerr County, Texas.)

TERRY LEE HALL - salary increased from $1081.50 per month ($540.75 semi-monthly)
Pay Group 13 Step 1 to $1,136.25 per month ($568.13 semi-monthly), Pay Group 14
Step 1, effective as of August 1st, 1986.
