KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER
for professional services for construction of a Juvenile Detention Facility on the third
floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, in the amount of $337.85 for the month of July 1986.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, payable to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER in the
above amount for said services.

NO. 16768 APPROVAL OF CITY/COUNTY AIRPORT WATER SYSTEM AGREEMENT
On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

Morriss voting "AYE' and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote approving the City/County Airport Water System Agreement, between the City of Kerrville,
herein called "City", and the County of Kerr, herein called "County".
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute the Agreement
on behalf of Kerr County.

professional services rendered Kerr County for a salary survey and job classifications for
the County Court at Law Court Reporter and for two Deputies in the District Clerk's Office
in the amount of $475.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to RAY ASSOCIATES, INC., for
said services.

It is ordered by the Court that any requests to be made by Kerr County Officials and

is involved, shall have the prior approval by the Commissioners' Court.

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the OCTOBER 1986 AMENDMENT TO THE
CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT, wherein Kerr County will continue to pay to the City of
Kerrville the monthly sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Six and 67/100 ($4,166.67)
Dollars, for fire service rendered, beginning October 1st, 1986 and terminating on September
30th, 1987.
Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original Agreement, effective
October 1st, 1979 shall be in effect during the term hereof.

CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
This Amendment by and between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, herein called "City" and COUNTY
OF KERR, herein called "County" to that certain original City/County Fire Fighting Agreement
effective October 1, 1979, as follows:
1. The term of this Amendment shall begin on October 1, 1986 and terminate on September
30, 1987.
2. For the fire services to be rendered hereunder, County shall pay to City the monthly ',
sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six and 67/100 ($4,166.67) Dollars. The first payment
hereunder shall be due and payable on November 15, 1986, for the month of October 1986, and
such payments shall continue on the fifteenth day of each successive calendar month for twelve'
(12) consecutive calendar months, with the last payment due hereunder due and payable on
October 15, 1987.
3. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original Agreement, effective
October 1, 1979, shall be in effect.
