NO. 16763 BIDS FOR PAVING REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND ROAD ADMINISTRATOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that all bids for paving be referred to the County Auditor and Road Administrator for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16764 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 11th day of August 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of the General, Road and Bridge, Jury, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid, 216th District Probation and County Law Library Funds. HOLLAND, County Extension Agent, Reports for June and July 1986 ~ ~l Motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16767 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MICHAEL NEAL WALKER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER for professional services for construction of a Juvenile Detention Facility on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, in the amount of $337.85 for the month of July 1986. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, payable to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER in the above amount for said services. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16768 APPROVAL OF CITY/COUNTY AIRPORT WATER SYSTEM AGREEMENT On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins, and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE' and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote approving the City/County Airport Water System Agreement, between the City of Kerrville, herein called "City", and the County of Kerr, herein called "County". It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16769 PAYMENT TO RAY ASSOCIATES, INC.. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR SALARY SURVEY AND JOB CLASSIFICATIONS FOR COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURT REPORTER AND FOR TWO DEPUTIES IN THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to RAY ASSOCIATES, INC. for professional services rendered Kerr County for a salary survey and job classifications for the County Court at Law Court Reporter and for two Deputies in the District Clerk's Office in the amount of $475.00. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to RAY ASSOCIATES, INC., for said services. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16770 RESOLUTION CONCERNING KERR COUNTY PERSONNEL POLICIES On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution concerning the Kerr County Personnel Policies prepared by Ray Associates, Inc.
