OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER AUGUST 7TH, 1986
On this the 5th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Clark & Stroman Construc-
tion, Inc., be authorized to proceed with the construction ~f the Juvenile Detention Center
on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse on August 7th, 1986.

N0.16760 RELEASE OF CASHIER'S CHECK TO CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,370.00
~ On this the 5th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the Cashier's Check
in the amount of $1,370.00, which was received with the bid proposal submitted by Clark &
Stroman Construction, Inc., (as per bid specifications), be released this date 8/5/86 to
~' Walter V. Stroman, as the agreement between Kerr County and. Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc.
has been fully executed and construction of the Juvenile Detention Center will begin on

majority vote, approving a RESOLUTION TO PARTICIPATE IN A POOLED FINANCING PROGRAM, subject
to agreed upon adjustments discussed between County Attorney Gary E. Kersey and Mr. Davis
of Rauscher Pierce Refsnes Inc.
