On this the 5th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Clark & Stroman Construc-
tion, Inc., be authorized to proceed with the construction of the Juvenile Detention Center
on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse on August 7th, 1986.

On this the 5th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland and Higgins and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Guthrie voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving a RESOLUTION TO PARTICIPATE IN A POOLED FINANCING PROGRAM, subject
to agreed upon adjustments discussed between County Attorney Gary E. Kersey and Mr. Davis
of Rauscher Pierce Refsnes Inc.

NO. 16762 ACCEPTANCE OF BID PROPOSAL OF BOB BRYANT TO BUILD BOOK SHELVES IN THE DISTRICT

On this the 5th day of August 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the bid proposal of BOB BRYANT to
build book shelves in the District Clerk's Office, in the amount of $450.00 (which includes
furnishing labor and material).
