by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Auditor and
County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $3,610.Ob
to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in payment for one 1983 Ford 4 Dr Sedan purchased

NO. 16754 ADOPTION OF REPORT FORM: JUSTICE OF PEACE - MONTHLY REPORT OF FEES
On this the 24th day of July 1986, came on to be considered request of Kerr County
Auditor, Don Williamson, for adoption of report form of fees for each of the Justice of the
Peace offices for their monthly reports to the County Judge, and establishing codes. Upon
motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously
approved adoption of report form: Justice of Peace - Monthly Report of Fees. (Form on file

On this the 29th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY', said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving the employment of David Cawthon as an Assistant Juvenile Probation Officer,
at a salary of $19,264.00 per annum, $1,605.00 per month - $802.67 semi-monthly, Pay Group
21 Step 1, effective as of September 1st, 1986, payable out of the General Fund.
