On this the 24th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of Doris Lee Smith, Tax

Assessor-Collector, for the employment of Isabel Diane Bolin as an Intermediate Clerk in the
Tax Assessor-Collector's Office (in the Automobile Registration Department), at a salary of
$11,757.00 per annum ($979.75 per month, $489.88 semi-monthly), effective August 1, 1986,
payable out of the General Fund (Kerr County Pay Group 11, Step 1). Employee is being
employed to fill vacancy (resignation of D1ary Michelson) and has been paid on an hourly basis
since June 23, ]986.

voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", motion carried by a majority vote approv-
ing the Preliminary Replat of Tract 98 of Hidden Valley Ranch Section Two, Kerr County, Texas,
with no variances (located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One); and that all
improvements that are to be made shall comply with existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES
AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations
that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
