~' (,~ N0. 16731 SALARY INCREASE FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1st, 1986 On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official Court Reporter, Loretta A. Doerr, for the 216th Judicial District Court, from $10,200.00 per annum to $11,220.00 per annum, as Kerr County's proportion, effective as of September 1st, 1986. (Salary for four Counties - Kerr, Gillespie, Kendall and Bandera - $23,375.00 per annum.) It is further ordered that the Court Reporter be reimbursed by each County, except the County in which said Reporter resides, for travel to that county in accordance with the official mileage chart of the State of Texas, at the rate paid by the State of Texas for official travel, and for actual expenses for food and lodging while serving in that County. It is further ordered that the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) shall be allocated for Court Reporter's supplies, and shall be paid by the Counties comprising the 216th Judicial - Kerr County's portion being $360.00 per annum. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16732 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CENTER POINT PLAZA On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CENTER POINT PLAZA, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 2, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16733 ONE 1974 CHEVROLET 1/2 TON PICKUP CONFISCATED BY SHERIFF TO BE USED BY SUPERINTENDENT OF MAINTENANCE AND VARIOUS COUNTY OFFICIALS AS NEEDED On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved that the 1974 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup confiscated by Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson is to be used by the Superintendent of Maintenance Frank L.
