On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the polling place of
Election Precinct No. 12, be changed from the J. M. Auld Youth/Adult Education Center to the
Kerrville Apostolic Church, 1023 North Street, Kerrville, Texas 78028.

NO. 16728 APPROVAL OF SHERIFF'S REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF $100.00 FOR TWO JAILER/DISPATCHERS
TO ATTEND SHERIFF'S TRAINING ACADEMY IN SAN ANTONIO
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved Sheriff Greeson's request for payment
of $100.00 for two Jailer/Dispatchers, Terry Hall and Jose Barreto, to attend the Bexar
County Sheriff's Training Academy in San Antonio on July 14th thru July 18th, 1986, to
become certified Jailer/Dispatchers.
~ It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $100.00, out of the General Fund, payable to the
BEXAR COUNTY SHERIFF'S TRAINING ACADEMY, Attn: Academy Training Division, 203 West Nueva St.,
Suite 201, San Antonio, Texas 78207.

DOORS IN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND INSTALLATION OF NEW HOLLOW METAL DOOR
(BUT NOT RELOCATE PANEL) AND TO REWORK METAL FLASHING ON EXTERIOR
OF COURTHOUSE ANNEX
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a proposal by CLARK &
STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. to rehang two doors in the County Clerk`s Office and installation
of one new hollow metal door (but not relocate panel), and to rework metal flashing on ex-
teriorof Courthouse annex, in the amounts listed as follows:
Furnish labor and materials to rehang two (2) doors
in County Clerk's Office ------------------------------------- $585.00

3'0" x 6'8" hollow metal 16 gauge fire rated door with

NO. 16730 APPROVAL OF RENTAL SPACE AT MAYFLOWER MOVING & STORAGE FOR STORAGE OF OLD
LAW BOOKS AND D4ISCELLANEOUS ITEMS PRESENTLY STORED AT WAREHOUSE
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a 10 x 15 ft. rental space at
MAYFLOWER MOVING AND STORAGE, for an indefinite period, in the amount of $35.00 per month,
for the storage of old law books and also for the storage of old typewriters and other
miscellaneous items presently stored at the warehouse.
It is ordered by the Court that Frank L. Speakmon, the Superintendent of Maintenance,
be authorized to move the items shown above, some of which will be sold at a proposed
Sheriff's sale at a later date.
