GEORGE ELROY BODE have complied with all provisions of R.C.S. Arts 974a and 5(a) and

Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the Field Agreement between the U.S.''
FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE cooperating with the Texas Agricultural Extension Service - Texas
Animal Damage Control Association, Inc. and KERR COUNTY, be approved, and that effective as
of September 1st, 1986, Kerr County will pay $900.00 per month for Predatory Animal Control,
payable to the TEXAS COOPERATIVE TRAPPING FUND, out of the General Fund.

by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving acceptance of maintenance of RUSTIC HILLS ROAD and ROCK HOUSE ROAD,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, effective this date, and as
recommended by Kerr County Road Administrator, Jack C. Smith.

NO. 16725 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PAVING VARIOUS ROADS IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for a two course surface treatment (Paving) for various Kerr County Roads.
Specifications are on file in the office of the Kerr County Road Administrator,
Jack C. Smith.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., August 11th, 1986, at which time all bids'.'
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County Reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, July 19th and
July 26th, 1986.
