NO. 16719 APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT TO JUNIOR HELPING HAND, A RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT
FACILITY IN AUSTIN, FOR CLOTHING FOR A CHILD, LYNN BISHOP
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a reimbursement in the amount of
$81.20 for clothing for a child, Lynn Bishop, who resides at the Junior Helping Hand, a
residential treatment facility in Austin, Texas.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to Junior Helping Hand (Address: 3804
Avenue B, Austin, Texas 78751), in the amount of $81.20.

N0. 16720 APPROVAL OF FOURTH LEASE ADDENDUM (1986) BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND
COUNTY OF KERR (LESSOR) AND KX AVIATION (JOHN MILLER, JR.), (LESSEE), TO
THAT CERTAIN LEASE DATED AUGUST 4th, 1983
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FOURTH LEASE ADDENDUM (1986)
BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND COUNTY OF KERR (LESSOR) AND KX AVIATION (JOHN MILLER, JR.),
(LESSEE), to that certain lease dated August 4th, 1983, subject to concurrence by the
City of Kerrville.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to execute said
lease addendum on behalf of Kerr County.

APPLICATION OF VACATION AND CANCELLATION
OF RECORDED SUBDIVISION PLAT
T0: COMMISSIONER'S COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
NOW COMES GEORGE ELROY BODE, sole owner of the property described as AGUA DULCE and
respectfully shows the Court as follows:
FRED WINSTON BODE previously caused to be recorded a subdivision plat referred to as
AGUA DULCE, of record in Volume 5, page 95 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas; and,
The said FRED WINSTON BODE has subsequently transferred all of the AGUA DULCE Subdivision
to GEORGE ELROY BODE, the sole owner of all such property situated in said plat. The said
FRED WINSTON BODE and GEORGE ELROY BODE hereby request that said subdivision plat be vacated
and canceled.
Said FRED WINSTON BODE and GEORGE ELROY BODE would further show the Court that no other
person owns an interest nor will be effected by the vacating and cancelling of said plat.
WHEREFORE, the said FRED WINSTON BODE and GEORGE ELROY BODE respectfully request the
Court enter an order approving the cancellation and vacation of said AGUA DULCE Subdivision
Plat
