NO. 16707 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF TRACT NO. 11 BEAR PAW RANCH
On this the 19th day of June 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF TRACT NO. 11 SEAR PAW
RANCH, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. I
