OF THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND ARCHITECT WALKER
FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 9th day of June 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that amended bids received for the construe
tion of a Juvenile Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse,
Kerrville, Texas, be referred to the County Auditor and the Architect (Michael N. Walker) for
study and recommendation.

NO. 16681 APPROVAL OF THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 1986
On this the 9th day of June 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the third quarterly payment to the
Kerr Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for the year 1986, in the
amount of $17,166.27.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr Central Appraisal District, in the
above amount.

NO. 16682 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO OLMOS EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION (GRANT

On this the 9th day of June 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to OLMOS EQUIPMENT COMPANY

for Construction of Runway(Taxiway Extension, Airport Road and Related Grant Projects (FAA 3-
48-0121-02) for services rendered during the period of March 26 through April 25, 1986, in
the amount of $114,341.96, in concurrence with action taken by the City Council Meeting on
May 27th, 1986.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to HUNTER ASSOCIATES, INC.,
