On this the 22nd day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BYAS SPRINGS
RANCH, WITH NO VARIANCES, LOCATED IN Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-!
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. ~,

Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT FOR LOT 4 OF HILL COUNTRY
RANCH ESTATES NO. 3, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No.
Three, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB
