On this the 22nd day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that bids received for the construction
of a Juvenile Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville,

Texas, be referred to the County Auditor and the Architect (Michael N. Walker) for study and
recommendations.

On this the 22nd day of May 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various il'
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which

of the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, Public Library, and Traffic Safety. !'
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and unanimously ~'
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16667 RESOLUTION REGARDING TAX REFORM ACT OF 1985 - H. R. 3838 TABLED
On this the 22nd day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that a proposed Resolution
Regarding Tax Reform Act of 1985 - H. R. 3838, be tabled.

NO. 16668 KERR COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR JACK C. SMITH AUTHORIZED TO SIGN AS THE DESIGNATED
OFFICIAL ON ALL SUBDIVISION PLATS
On this the 22nd day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County Road Administrator
Jack C. Smith be authorized to sign as the Designated Official on all Subdivision Plats,
effective this date, May 22nd, 1986, signifying his approval pertaining to roadways, drainage
situation, and easements.
