SMITH AUTHORIZED TO SIGN AS THE DESIGNATED OFFICIAL ON ALL SUBDIVISION PLATS On this the 22nd day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County Road Administrator Jack C.
