OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of May 1986, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, a
i letter request dated May 9th, 1986, by Ronald L. Sutton, District Attorney of the 198th
Judicial District Court of Kerr County, requesting the payment of $5,000 budgeted as inciden-~I
tal expenses for the Ellebracht trial, Cause No. 1005.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authori2l-
ed to draw a voucher on the General Fund of Kerr County, payable to the Clerk of the District
Court of Kerr County in the amount of $5,000.00, to be disbursed upon the request of the
District Attorney, Ronald L. Sutton.

N0. 16663 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF STEVEN KELLER, DEPUTY SHERIFF, EFFECTIVE APRIL 29th,
1986
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the termination of employment
of STEVEN KELLER, DEPUTY SHERIFF, be ratified and confirmed, effective April 29th, 1986, and
that he be paid for 64 hours of vacation time due him.

NO. 16664 COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO DEDUCT TEN DAYS PAY FROM THE SALARY OF DEPUTY
SHERIFF TIMOTHY McCLUNG, FOR PAY PERIOD ENDING MAY 15th, 1986
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Clifton A. Greeson,
Sheriff, authorizing the County Treasurer to deduct ten days pay from the salary of Deputy
Sheriff Timothy McClung, for the pay period ending May 15th, 1986. (Deputy McClung was

suspended from the Sheriff's Department for a period of ten days, effective as of April 28th,
1986.
