On this the 12th day of May	1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a negotiated bid of
GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, as proposed by Bexar Communications of Texas, Inc., for radio equip',-
ment for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, in the amount of $11,329.78, which
includes the installation.

On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the employment of TERRY LEE HALL as
a Jailer/Dispatcher, effective as of May 5th, 1986, at a salary of $12,978.00 per annum -
$1,081.50 per month - $540.75 semi-monthly (Pay Group 13, Step 1), payable out of the General
Fund.
