N0. 16653 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MICHAEL NEAL WALKER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE
KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to tQICHAEL NEAL WALKER for
professional services for construction of a Juvenile Detention Facility on the third floor
of the Kerr County Courthouse, in the amount of $2,549.72 (Fee through completion of Bidding
Documents - $2,000.00 and reimbursable expenses - printing - $549.72).
'~'~ It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
" to draw a voucher on the Permanent Improvement Fund, payable to Michael Neal Walker in the
amount of $2,549.72 for said services.

NO. 16654 APPROVAL OF RELOCATION OF AIRPORT LOOP ROAD
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the relocation of the Airport Loop
Road, as previously approved in the Airport Improvements, F. A. A. Grant No. 3-48-0121-02.

NO. 16655 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON A XSCRIBE MICRO-MASTER
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of the County Court at Law
Judge, William L. Baskette, Jr. and Court Reporter Debra Hernandez, for payment of a Mainten-
ance Agreement on a Xcribe Micro-Master stand-alone system and minimum supplies for use by
.~ the Court Reporter Debra Hernandez, in the amount of $125.00 per month, effective as of July
1st, 1986.

NO. 16656 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA RANCH, SECTION FOUR
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA RANCH,
SECTION FOUR, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no variances, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
