COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 12th day
of May 1986, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 16649 ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION FOR PAVING IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PPECINCT NO. ONE
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by
a majority vote, approving acceptance of a donation in the amount of $3,404.OO,for paving
Alvin Drive and the continuation of Earl Drive with a 20 foot wide tar and gravel road, as
requested by Commissioner Holland and the Committee for road improvement, Ruth Beall and -'
Helen Rathsam - Cedar Ridge Addition.

NO. 16650 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of May 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile Services, Flood Control
Maintenance, Juvenile State Aid, Traffic Safety & 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

NO. 16651 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on April 14th, 1986, April 15th, 1986 and April
24th, 1986, Volume Q, Pages 218 thru 233.

NO. 16652 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED
On this the 12th day of May 1986, came on to be examined by the Court the various

CONSTRUCTION OF A JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE
KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE

Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER for '
professional services for construction of a Juvenile Detention Facility on the third floor '
! of the Kerr County Courthouse, in the amount of $2,549.72 (Fee through completion of Bidding
Documents - $2,000.00 and reimbursable expenses - printing - $549.72).

NO. 16655 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON A XSCRIBE MICRO-MASTER
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of the County Court at Law
Judge, William L. Baskette, Jr. and Court Reporter Debra Hernandez, for payment of a Mainten- '
ance Agreement on a Xcribe Micro-Master stand-alone system and minimum supplies for use by
~- the Court Reporter Debra Hernandez, in the amount of $125.00 per month, effective as of July
1st, 1986.

NO. 16656 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA RANCH, SECTION FOUR '
On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA RANCH,
SECTION FOUR, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no variances, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.,

On this the 12th day of May 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by

above plat does not fall under the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations.)
