NO. 16643 MOTION OF COMMISSIONER HIGGINS TO REDUCE COMMISSIONERS' SALARIES AND TRAVEL,
EFFECTIVE AS OF APRIL 24th, 1986
On this the 24th day of April 1986, a motion was made by Commissioner Higgins to reduce
the Commissioners' salaries and travel to $15,000.00 per annum ($14,400.00 for salary and
600.00 per annum for travel), effective this date (April 24th, 1986). The motion was second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Higgins and Guthrie voting "AYE" and Commis-
sioners Holland and Lich and County Judge Morriss voting "NAY, said motion failed by a
majority vote.

SYSTEM BASED ON WHOLE COUNTY, AND DUTIES, AS PRESENTED BY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR,

On this the 24th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Kerr County Road and Bridge Depart-
ment work policies, organization of system based on whole County, and duties, as presented
by Road Administrator Jack C. Smith, effective as of April 24th, 1986, subject to approval
by the County Attorney.

NO. 16645 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF THE HIGHLANDS RANCH
On this the 25th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF THE HIGHLANDS RANCH,
with no variances, subject to completion of roads as specified by Commissioner Holland,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and that all improvements that are
to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS"
that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that were approved
by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
(A Preliminary Plat of the above subdivision was approved on April 8th, 1985 as BEAR PAW
RANCH II KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, but has been changed to THE HIGHLANDS RANCH in the Final Plat)

N0. 16646 REQUEST OF CHARLES B. DOMINGUES REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPERTY
On this the 24th day of April 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the request
of CHARLES B. DOMINGUES, as to whether or not the division of a tract of 1.9 acres out of
752 acres, Kelly Creek Ranch in Kerr County, off of Kelly Creek Road, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County
Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously

approved by the Court, that said division of property does not need to meet the requirements
of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".

NO. 16647 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF MEGAN MANOR
On this the 24th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF MEGAN MANOR, with
no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and that all improve-
ments that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND
REGULATIONS that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that
were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
