Kerr County Roads & Bridges, all equipment and materials on hand and all Road and Bridge
Employees, effective as of this date, April 24th, 1986. ~'

On this the 24th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Kerr County Road and Bridge Depart-
ment work policies, organization of system based on whole County, and duties, as presented
by Road Administrator Jack C. Smith, effective as of April 24th, 1986, subject to approval ~
by the County Attorney.

On this the 25th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded '
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF THE HIGHLANDS RANCH,
with no variances, subject to completion of roads as specified by Commissioner Holland, ~!
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and that all improvements that are ;,
to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS"
that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that were approved
by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
(A Preliminary Plat of the above subdivision was approved on April 8th, 1985 as BEAR PAW
RANCH II KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, but has been changed to THE HIGHLANDS RANCH in the Final Plat)
