by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the salary of LORETTA
A. DOERR, Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District, be fixed at $21,250.00 per annum,
Kerr County's portion being $10,200.00 per annum, effective as of March 17th, 1986, payable II
out of the Jury Fund. ($850.00 per month - $425.00 semi-monthly)

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of CARYL JURECZKI as
a part-time clerk in the office of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One, effective
as of March 31st, 1986, at a salary of $5.65 per hour (Pay Group 11, Step 1).

p yment to CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION,
INC., in the amount of $3,900.00, as per proposal dated February 14th, 1986, for labor and
materials for new storage area at Kerr County Courthouse.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Permanent Improvement Fund in the above amount, payable to CLARK &

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a change of status of part-time employee
Jannett Pieper to full-time Secretary to the Kerr County P.oad Administrator Jack C. Smith,
effective as of April 16th, 1986 and that her salary be set at $12,352.00 per annum -
~ $1029.33 per month - $514.67 semi-monthly (Kerr County Pay Group 12, Step 1), payable out of
Road and Bridge Fund.
