On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of V. Murray Jordan, District
Judge of the 198th Judicial District, that TINA COTTRELL, Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial
District, be included in the Kerr County Group Hospitalization Insurance, (Kerr County's
portion being .61440 , effective April 15th, 1986.

MANAGER AND TABULATION SUPERVISOR FOR THE DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN PRIMARY
ELECTIONS
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the following appointments for the
Central Counting Station Presiding Judge, Counting Station Manager and Tabulation Supervisor
for the May 3rd, 1986 Democratic and Republican Primary Elections, as follows:
Central Counting Station Presiding Judge - Wheeler E. Mosty
Counting Station Manager - Patricia Dye
and
Tabulation Supervisor - Pearl McEwen
in compliance with the Recodification of the Texas Election Code, Section 127.

NO. 16618 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED & TABULATED
On this the 14th day of April 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common
School District No. 12, held on April 5th, 1986.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 7, page 39, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commis-
sioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved said returns.

NO. 16619 APPROVAL OF NEGOTIATED BID OF BRYANT MOTORS FOR ONE 1983 JEEP PIONEER FOR USE BY
THE KERR COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the negotiated bid of BRYANT MOTORS
for one 1983 Jeep Pioneer, Serial No. 1JCNJ18N3DT008363, in the amount of $9,750.00, for
use by the Kerr County Road Administrator Jack C. Smith, and as approved and recommended by
the County Auditor Don Williamson.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Fund in the amount of $9,750.00, payable to BRYANT
MOTORS, upon delivery.

NO. 16620 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF $100.00 FOR CERTIFICATION OF TWO JAILER/DISPATCHERS
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson
for payment of tuition for certification of two jailer/dispatchers Charles Janson and Lee

It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $100.00, payable to Bexar County
Sheriff, Training Division, for the tuition.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer be authorized
to transfer the four Commissioners' salaries and related expenses from the Road & Bridge Fund
