On this the 14th day of April 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the request
of A. D. Bergen, as to whether or not the division of a tract of 6.2 acres out of a 28.04
acre tract, Survey No. 132, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, would
be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
'' Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the court, that said division of property does not need to meet the requirements
of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".

NO. 16613 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST NO. 10
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST NO.
10, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, and that all
improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION

On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a reimbursement to BILL OR JODY
FACKELMAN in the amount of $325.00 for formula purchased for abandoned newborn, Tara.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to BILL or JODY FACKELMAN for the formula
purchased.
