suAport, move and install Louis Schreiner Field Sign and construction of masonry Airport
facilities advisory sign.

N0. 16594 RESOLUTION TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT LITTER ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution to prepare and submit
a Litter Enforcement Program Contract between the State of Texas and County of Kerr.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of Kerr County.

NO. 16595 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS

On this the 14th da_y of April 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Juvenile
State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the County Clerk's Quarterly Report of
Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered and Collected in the County Court by the
Clerk of said Court in the amount of $35,184.80, for quarter ending March 31st, 1986.

NO. 16599 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 14th day of April 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her hands for the period from October 1st, 1985 thru March 31st, 1986, and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $122,810.60.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.

approved by the Court.

N0. 16600 APPROVAL OF SHERIFF'S BAIL BOND REPORT FOR MONTH OF JANUARY 1986
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the court unanimously approved the Sheriff's Bail Bond Report for
the month of January 1986 and it was requested by the Court that it be noted in the minutes
that there is a shortage of $35.00. (Total amount of report should be $2030.00 - amount
received $1,995.00).

On this the 14th day of April 1986, in Regular Session of the Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning January 1st, 1986 and ending March 31st, 1986, and
the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
