NO. 16588 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO OLMOS EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION UNDER
FAA GRANT NO. 3-48-0121-02 AS RECODiMENDED BY BLACKWELL & ASSOCIATES, INC.
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County concur in the City
of Kerrville's approval of payment to OLMOS EQUIPMENT for Airport construction under FAA
GRANT N0. 3-48-0121-02, as recommended by Blackwell and Associates, Inc., in the amount of
$109,292.35 for services rendered during the period February 26, 1986 through March 25, 1986.

NO. 16589 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO BLACKWELL & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD NOISE ANALYSIS
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the City of Kerrville's payment to
BLACKWELL & ASSOCIATES, INC., for engineering services February 1 through February 28, 1986,
in connection with Louis Schreiner Field Noise Analysis, in the amount of $3,200.00, Inv.
No. 716, Project No. 144-004-000, as budgeted.

NO. 16590 ORDER AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AND SUBMIT A PRE-APPLICATION REQUEST
FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,060,000
TO THE F.A.A.
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the City Dianager of the City of ~
Kerrville be authorized to sign and submit a pre-application request for Federal Assistance
to the F.A.A. in the amount of $1,060,000, for Airport Improvements.

N0. 16591 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO TRINITY ENGINEERING TESTING CORPORATION FOR SOILS/
COMPACTION/MATERIALS TESTING ASSOCIATED WITH LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD RUNWAY
EXTENSION AND RELATED PROJECTS
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to TRINITY ENGINEERING
TESTING CORPORATION in the amount of $3,820.00 for Soils/Compaction/Materials Testing
associated with Louis Schreiner Field Runway Extension and Airport Road, in concurrence with
action taken by the City Council at their meeting on April 8th, 1986 approving said payment.

NO. 16592 APPROVAL OF RE-APPOINTIDIENT OF THREE MEMBERS TO THE KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY JOINT
AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the re-appointment of three members
to the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Advisory Board, for two year terms, as follows:

NO. 16593 CITY OF KERRVILLE AUTHORIZED TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
AIRPORT MASONRY ENTRANCE SIGN SUPPORT, MOVE AND INSTALL LOUIS SCHREINER
FIELD SIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF MASONRY AIRPORT FACILITIES ADVISORY SIGN
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the City of Kerrville be
authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of an Airport masonry entrance sign
support, move and install Louis Schreiner Field Sign and construction of masonry Airport
facilities advisory sign.

NO. 16594 RESOLUTION TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT LITTER ENFORCEPIENT PROGRAM CONTRACT
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution to prepare and submit
a Litter Enforcement Program Contract between the State of Texas and County of Kerr.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 16595 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th da_y of April 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Juvenile
State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16596 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED
On this the 14th day of April 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on March 10th, 1986 and March 11th, 1986, a
Special Meeting on March 20th, 1986 and a Special Meeting on March 25th, 1986, from pages
1203 thru 217, Volume Q.

N0. 16597 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED
On this the 14th day of April 1986, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk
for future reference and subject to audit.
