On this the 25th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Frank L. Speakmon, Superintendent;
of Maintenance, be authorized to move surplus equipment from storage building and from the
various Commissioners' Precincts, to be used by the Kerr County Road Administrator Jack C. I'
Smith.

NO. 16587 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF JANNETT PIEPER AS SECRETARY TO THE KERR COUNTY ROAD
ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 25th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the part-time employment of JANNETT
PIEPER as Secretary to the Kerr County Road Administrator Jack C. Smith, effective as of
April 1st, 1986, at her current salary of 5.65 per hour, Kerr County Pay Group 11, Step 1.
