It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to the STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16583 REQUEST OF BETTY & PRESTON MORTON REGARDIDIG DIVISION OF PROPERTY On this the 20th day of March 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the request of Betty and Preston Morton, as to whether or not the division of a tract of property located in West Kerr County, off of highway 27, between Ingram and Mountain Home, regarding the sale of a one-half acre tract, would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES and REGULATIONS". Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court, that said division of property does not need to meet the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES and REGULATIONS" o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o Commissioner Holland requested that it be noted in the Minutes that he approved the request, with provision that it will not be considered as setting a precedent. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED March 20, 1986, at 4:40 o'clock P.
