It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to Bryant Motors in the amount of $3,995.00.

operation of the Sixth Regional Administrative District.

a letter request dated March 14th, 1986, by Ronald L. Sutton, District Attorney of the 198th
Judicial District Court of Kerr County, requesting the payment of general witness expense
in the amount of $2,000.00 in Cause No. 1005 - Ellebracht Trial, and it appearing to the
Court that Kerr County shall advance such funds at this time, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County advance such funds to the District Clerk of Kerr County for incidental''
expenses as requested by District Attorney Ron Sutton; and it is further ordered that the
County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund
of Kerr County, payable to the Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County, in the above
amount.
