NO. 1005, OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 20th day of March 1986, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
a letter request dated March 14th, 1986, by Ronald L. Sutton, District Attorney of the 198th
,._ Judicial District Court of Kerr County, requesting the payment of general witness expense
in the amount of $2,000.00 in Cause No. 1005 - Ellebracht Trial, and it appearing to the
Court that Kerr County shall advance such funds at this time, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County advance such funds to the District Clerk of Kerr County for incidental
expenses as requested by District Attorney Ron Sutton; and it is further ordered that the
County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund
of Kerr County, payable to the Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County, in the above
amount.

Dorothy H. Hilburn, for the appointment of RHONDA PHILLIPS, Deputy County Treasurer to Chief
Deputy County Treasurer, effective as of April 1, 1986, and that her salary be increased
from $14,683.00 per annum - 1223.58 monthly, $611.79 semi-monthly (Pay Group 14 step 4),
to $15812.00 oer annum, $1317.67 per month - 658.83 semi-monthly (Pay Group 17 step 1).
