On this the 20th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 44B & 44A
WOOD TRAILS SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. Four, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and
amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on
April 9th, 1984.

Caspar Stieler Real ("Owner") to the public use forever for road, utility and right-of-way
purposes.

I was reading in the paper about the Flood Level. I have seen the place inundated
with water 3 times, with a minimum of six feet. I want you to know the difference between
I~ hearsay and testimony and wish this to be part of the Commissioners' Court Minutes.
~~ I wanted it on record that I have seen it three times -- in 1932, in 1935, and in 1958
-- that water was at a minimum of 6 feet over the highest portion of that Subdivision.

The reason that I'm voting against the Approval of the Final Plat of River Place is
