On this the 20th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Contractor, Clark &
Stroman Construction, Inc., for a final payment for construction of the New County Court at
Law Courtroom and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, in
the amount of $292.00. as examined by Architects, Schubert and Williams, Inc., and recommended'.
to the Court that payment be made.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, in the above amount, payable to Clark &
Stroman Construction, Inc.

NO. 16569 ORDER RELEASING SECURITY PLEDGED BY CHAS. SCHREINER BANK TO SECURE KERR COUNTY FUND$
On this the 20th day of March 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
request from Chas. Schreiner Bank that Kerr County release a certain security pledged by said
bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that said
security should be released as requested; it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner
Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, and unanimously approved by the Court that the request
from Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following security listed below be released:

room of the Kerr County Courthouse, in Kerrville, Texas, at a Special term of the Commis- I
sinners' Court, to consider the Application filed by Joseph Mayhew for approval of a Resub-
division of Lot 44B & 44A Wood Trails Subdivision.
15 members of the public were present.

On this the 20th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 44B & 44A
WOOD TRAILS SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. Four, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and

amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on
April 9th, 1984.

"B"), from T & R PROPERTIES, a jiint venture partnership composed of Gary A. Thorne and
Caspar Stieler Real ("Owner") to the public use forever for road, utility and right-of-way
purposes.

sioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", and County Judge Morriss voting "NAY", said motion
carrying by a majority vote, approving the FINAL PLAT OF RIVER PLACE, with no variances,
located in Kerr county commissioner's Precinct Four, and that all existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to
